Kenneth Faustin

I was born and raised on Aruba, married, father of two children and grandfather of two wonderful boys, all of whom I love very much. After high school, I studied Business Administration by correspondence with “LA Salle Extension University” out of Chicago. Over the years I have completed many management, leadership, and other courses locally and abroad. I am also a US certified Auctioneer and have served as the auctioneer for many charitable auctions on the island. In 1975 as a young man, I started selling timeshares at one of only 60 timeshare resorts in the world; “Aruba International Beach Club” a few years later I was promoted to “sales manager.” In 1983 I incorporated my first company: “Potential Unlimited Inc.”, a sales and motivation training company with ties at that time, to the renowned International training company “Success Motivation Institute” out of Waco Texas: I feel honored to have trained thousands of salespeople in Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten. I am honored to have trained several of Aruba’s top real estate agents, using my personally developed real estate courses. I have also been fortunate to be selected as a speaker at several International Real Estate Conventions in the US. My experience in Real Estate on Aruba goes back more than 30 years, and during this period I have assisted hundreds of clients to own their home on Aruba. One of my greatest passion is: “helping people achieve their goal of owning their own home; that feeling for me is just awesome, and I love it!
